If an error has been made on your order, return it in a bubble envelope (if you received your order in a bubble envelope, that one may suffice). Be sure to have your name and phone number inside, as well as a note as to the problem and what you want changed.

Warranty:

Our products are under warranty for one year for defects in materials or manufacturing. "Wear and tear" from everyday usage is not a defect. If we make an error, there is no charge for replacement. Customer errors are charged, although not at the full rate. We follow the industry standard of "no refunds on customized products". If the item cannot be put back into inventory, it cannot be credited back.

Example: If you ordered a sweatshirt printed with your name or with a special slogan, but when you received it you didn't like it, maybe it was scratchy on your skin, or the color wasn't exactly as you thought it would be, or it didn't look good on you, you cannot return it for a refund because the manufacturer cannot sell it to someone else, it was made special just for you. The same applies to custom engraved products. If you have a situation where you wish that you had made a different choice, if we can, we will try to help by offering another item or come up with a better solution for you. But a refund cannot be made because it would be unfair to us because we put our labor and materials into making a product just for you and we cannot resell it.
