All are products carry a warranty, specific information is provided with each order. 
We also have a renewal program.  If at some future date your medical or ID information changes you can obtain a new item with the updated information.  The fee varies, depending upon which item is ordered.  On our standard products (Items A through I), the cost is less than ten dollars.  Specific information is enclosed with your completed order.  We provide this service to encourage you to wear a life saving medical warning device.  Even though you may move or your medical information changes, you can keep your ID product current and looking nice for a very minimal cost.

When your order is received it is usually processed that day or the next,
excluding weekends and holidays.
